Initially offering a cleaning service, ICS Service Solutions are seeking to expand the remit to include all non essential activities across multiple departments.

Whether it’s transport providers ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for your passengers, Councils providing for your communities, medical centres ensuring the health of your patients, or hotels making your guests feel at home, ICS takes pride in contributing to your vision. We constantly look for better ways of doing things to offer you the benefit of our experience and innovative solutions. We do this by balancing cleaning frequencies, resourcing and new technologies to provide you the most efficient, quality service at the best value for money possible.

With a strong focus on responsiveness, we have retained many long term clients who have come to depend upon us day in, day out and over several years.

To enhance our responsiveness we maintain a flexible staffing structure and proven management systems. In case of an emergency our rapid response team will be there within one hour.

We look to provide a safe environment for you, our cleaners and members of the public whilst providing quality service delivery. These values are supported by our accreditation to the ISO9001 Quality and the AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management Standards.
